General Shipping

We generally ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay or backorder affecting our ability to ship, we will do our best to notify you and provide the estimated next shipment date.

We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, which generally results in delivery within 2 to 4 days. Upon a completed order, tracking information will be emailed automatically and can be tracked on the USPS website. We require a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $250 or more.

Returns

We take product quality very seriously and stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return product within 30 days of the purchase date, for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges.

Please submit a product return request by writing to Chris@Somatik.us, include your full name and order number in your email.

After hearing back from our product returns team, return the unused product to Somatik at the address provided by the returns team. Once product is received within the 30 days, your refund will be processed.

If your product was purchased through a distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Damaged Product
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours, of receipt by writing to Chris@Somatik.us. Please include a detailed description including a picture of the damages to the product.

If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the 72 hours, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon arrival.
